Now can you tell me how this looks anything similar? Seriously WTH! Do better and stop sending stuff that you can’t do. If you can’t do it then at least call maybe make a different arrangement don’t just send something completely different!!
ABOVE & BEYOND! This company has just found a repeat customer with my family. We ordered Mothers Day flowers and a personalized card. Somehow the card wasn’t delivered. I reached out to the company and within minutes received a text promising to correct the error. The person sending this text was as sweet and apologetic as can be! Spend over $75 and got flowers that I can get from Costco for $20 a real ripe off! Don’t buy from them especially if you order on line.
Bought a $80 arrangement on ProFlowers, it came from Bud's florist terrible, looks nothing like what I ordered bait and switch I was supposed to have gotten the arrangement In the last picture
