I've been having a problem with my thermostat sticking on my car. I called my dealership at home and they said that it had to be actively happening for it to be a covered repair. It comes and goes. It seems to happen when I'm away from home in Fort Wayne. I'm driving through St. Marys and it starts acting up. I googled for my closet dealership and they sent me to Bud's. Bought a used Avalanche from 3 hours away. Buds was great to work with, very clear with all of the minor issues, and had vehicle clean and full of gas for me when I arrived.
It begins and ends with phenomenally friendly and up-front service staff. Jess was very prompt to call me with new information when it was available, and she did not try to sugarcoat any of the bad news. And all the while, I could hear a distinct smile in her voice. I ended up receiving and paying for exactly what service I needed, nothing more and nothing less. Bud's Chevrolet has officially become my new auto mechanic.
