Everything good except for that cashier because they're not friendly and always yelling at me and my friends (or just speaking too loud but it still not polite). I know they're tired, stress or something but it's not the good reason for doing something like this with customers. Please be kinder and remember you're the one and only shop in gordon train station nobody wants to avoid this shop if they make themselves better than this.
Great service, fresh flowers, and very friendly staff. I will definitely use this shop next time I need any flowers!
This used to be our favourite florist, but since the change of owners in 2022 they have been pretty bad. We’ve been there twice and both times were provided with hostile service. First time I went was a few days before Mother’s Day, no one greeted me I was just given some glares as I entered. The female owner was so rude, snapped when I tried to look at the flowers and after I picked told me not to touch - “you don’t touch!! I will do it!!” The flowers are not even fresh, really old and wilted. I don’t get the good reviews, I came here due to it but won’t be coming again. Edit: This review was based on buying flowers here before Christmas. Definitely was/is this shop.
