Well placed just off the highway. Right at the halfway point between Dallas-Fort Worth and Minneapolis. Less than 100 per night, with allowances for one pet. Clean room, amicable owner, and breakfast in the morning.

Hands down best option in fort Scott. I've been to a few others and this one beats them all. Rooms smelled good, everything was very clean and the staff are very friendly. And offer a lot of help. So I would definitely suggest this hotel. The prices are very good as well
The family who runs this motel are incredibly warm and kind, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, hot water (not lukewarm) in the shower, DISH Network on TV, great A/C, peaceful, nearby to some shopping and Walmart. These folks take patient and thorough care in making your stay comfortable and restful. Room rates are also very affordable. Don't pass them up if in the area for sure
