The place is the worst!!! The card key they give you won’t work after the second use of it so you’ll be locked out of your own room that you PAID for and it won’t be hours till anyone will answer the phone!!! Will not be staying here ever again!!!
I just spoke with the manager and the front desk agent. very rude very disrespectful, the phone call should have been recorded and something needs to be done! beyond disgusting behavior! The foreign speaking manager was very unprofessional while another guest spoke of her being seen “escorting minor girls” within the premises. I hope there will be a full investigation!!!
