front desk staff not friendly,it says on the app front desk 24hrs but we had to wait till 10,room in poor condition it looked clean but then the cockroach started appearing small baby ones the the small medium ones that could go in your ear , i couldn’t sleep was afraid they might fly on me , saw them on the walls on top of furniture sink , i mean this place needs a pest control badly walls are thin you can hear them even through the vent in the bathroom , i know the price was cheap and that’s a + for anyone just needing to ... read more

The manger is very rude!!! She has no bedside manner. You look at her and you listen to her, you understand what's going on with her. She acts like she better than the people staying here. I was working, I was little late, it says 12 noon and they charged me extra 82 and I thought I had straighting the problem out. But no. Place nice, manger very unpleasant.

The office closes extremely early I arrived at 8:50 PM and the office was already closed. I had reservations for my room which I had already paid for and so I could not get my room after complaining on the phone between them and Priceline for four days. I finally got it canceled and I have to wait 15 to 30 days to get my money back when they immediately took it when I paid for the room
