The office closes extremely early I arrived at 8:50 PM and the office was already closed. I had reservations for my room which I had already paid for and so I could not get my room after complaining on the phone between them and Priceline for four days. I finally got it canceled and I have to wait 15 to 30 days to get my money back when they immediately took it when I paid for the room
I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to confirm the information about the hotel.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would, this place is honestly just a bunch of scammers, the bed was broken they have roaches the people are very ignorant and are very disrespectful almost everyone over there are on some type of drugs people through their trash everywhere by the dumpsters it’s very unclean please just take you’re money somewhere else don’t be disappointed.
