This hotel’s customer service is completely unacceptable. I understand that you get what you pay for, but regardless of the price point, basic hospitality and customer service should always be a priority. The front desk employee was unavailable for nearly an hour, leaving us to find and contact housekeeping ourselves just to get assistance. We were even told that every Saturday, employees go to their rooms to sleep. Only giving this place a 3 star bc it's in a convenient area and I've stayed here multiple times and all the rooms I've had are clean and comfortable. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because of this man with glasses at the front desk that works morning/day shift. He is extremely rude and nasty. He raises his voice at visitors and guests for no reason. I was sitting in the lobby and he was harassing me and other guests. I only gave this place a higher rating than many others on here because I like the location since it's close to Buford highway and I have never personally had any problems with any of my rooms. I stayed here several times years back and loved the front staff at the time. But currently, the manager or owner whatever his title is is VERY rude and unaccommodating.
