Didn't pick up my trash 2 weeks ago. So I called them the next day, and they said that they'd make a special trip the following day and pick it up. The next day came and went, and they didn't show. This week the same thing happened. I have spoken to them twice today, and both times they assured my that my trash would be picked up. Again, they didn't show. This company is not the best but they do have low rates. After all it is garbage. They did not come to collect my Christmas Tree and it sat out front for weeks. I finally just cut it up and placed it in the yard bin. Overall, I never reall y have had an issue. The service as others have said is the worst that it can get. Not sure that they care. But if you want a cheap service, choose this one.

Don't waste your time. Their service is so horrible that I paid the $200 service fee to cancel early just to get rid of them.

I have pretty much been satisfied with Budget Waste as our trash pick-up provider. HOWEVER, when I tried to find some information about Christmas tree pick-up it was very frustrating! Naturally, I first went to my most recent billing statement, assuming that there would be some information that I just didn't pay attention to when I paid that statement, but there was nothing. So, then I tried to find a phone number on the statement to call them for that information .... again, nothing! What company doesn't include their phone... read more
