Horrible long lines, one guy at desk, give yourself one hour just for car pick up. Go as early as you can or you lose half the day.

Great experience at this rental location. Family and I was on a week long trip to Victoria. Rented out an suv for the day. Wonderful lady at the counter helped me book the car. Day of rental and had no hassles picking up. Vehicle was fuelled up and ready to go when I arrived to pick up. Drop off was also very easy, no hassles. Wonderful lady helped us with spots to check out around town, and was very glad to have someone local to direct us to great views of the city and the island.
