I am surprised this location is not listed with 5 stars. It was definitely the best rental car experience I’ve had. I left the lot with a great vehicle, I was well informed on the condition of that vehicle, and the amount I paid was EXACTLY what the estimate said I would. That hasn’t happened in quite some time for me when renting a car from other facilities. A huge thank you to Nick, Diana, and Marvin.

I have very mixed experiences with Budget car rental. The location at the conference center in Victoria certainly deserves 5 stars from me. The attendant at this rental was super friendly, car was ready and a first with budget it was actually need and clean! Keep it up this is how I like car rental!

I write to express the amazing customer service (even-though we were not the customer at the time). We initially spoke to Char (Not sure the spelling) and then to the manager Greg Willmon. We brought in a complex concern that they were able to resolve and provide support. We were specially impressed with their attunement, and keeping their word on the return phone calls and follow ups. i didn't think the day would come that i would leave a raving review for a car rental review but here we are. our experience with budget was so positive. we booked a car last minute for our 3 day trip in victoria. it was walkable from the ferry from port angeles. the person at the desk, diane, was absolutely phenomenal! she was so welcoming and had incredible recommendations for what to do in the city. we took all of her recs and had the most splendid trip. truly this location is so easy to get to and work with. im so glad w... read more
