Terrible terrible service... the lady from the front desk was extremely rude. We drove over 4 hours for a rental that wasn’t even available when we arrived. We were told we were contacted which NEVER happened. Word of advice to management find a better attendant who has a better attitude toward customer service. I will never rent from this place again. Period.

When calling to reserve a truck to move, I was unpoiltely greeted by a "Beth" this person was verbally unwilling to assist me over the phone. The tone of her voice, and way she spoke to me was not only unprofessional, but incredibly rude. I was planning to do my business local through this company, but will be going else where. I will also highly recommend no one does business with a company where their employees are allowed to talk down to you and hang up on you before ending the call.
