To whom it may concern, Richard Van Kirk of Budget Tree Service and his crew exceeded my expectations. They cut 11 large limbs off a 100 foot pine in the front of my house. They were extremely professional, extremely nice, they did not sit around - they worked very hard. Regarding safety, they had to work around power-lines, neighbors house and neighbors autos, etc and they did so without any problems or issues. They were very neat and left absolutely NO mess.
