I've used three tree services in North Oaks and Budget Tree is in my opinion by far the best. Great work delivered on time and on budget. They clean up after the job. Most importantly, they do great work.
Guy didn't even take my call! Didn't have the time of day and hung up on me before I could even tell him about the job. Very unprofessional!!
We've had some bad luck in the past with tree services but not with this crew! The estimate and the work done were not only done as expected, there were no surprises. They did the job with great attention to detail and you could tell they took pride in their work. Highly recommend and will use again!
I have emailed to request the estimate of cutting a few branches, and was told that they were not working over the power and phone lines. I said that we would call to drop the lines, and the response was "I dont do line drops. Takes to much time for the money ". And the website claims that they are "highly qualified and professional team that has been in business for 25 years". That's a shame. The other company came to take a look at our trees the next day and gave the estimate, not having any issues working with the lines.
apparently you have to twist their arm to get them to do the job
