Super friendly and they were able to help me remove a nail and plug the tire. No pressure to buy a new tire, which I was getting from the larger retailers. I’d come back here for tires because of how kind they were helping me!
Got a new tire here and my car started writing horrible couldn’t go past 60 mph. I left and went to another tire shop just to see if they were balanced right and ended up being that my rim was really bent, but the guy didn’t tell me nothing so I’m guessing he didn’t balance the tire at all because you would’ve seen how bad it was as the other tire shop showed me
Drove here from very far because I called and confirmed that they have the tires I needed, when I showed up, the manager guy offered me different tires and said that’s all we have, he was rude. He said the guy I spoke on the phone with left, no idea why they do that to customers
