this company has been a unprofessional company from the beginning. I first was referred to them for service. I was told a date and then once the date approached I was told its another date. Not only that I was not told the full details of what to expect once the treatment was to be done. So from there they got unprofessional for their error of miscommunication. Spoke with ********on Wed 5/27/2020 Extended her agreement 6months free of charge. Have an appointment on Friday 6/5/2020 for free inspection and re treatment if needed. Customer agreed with this.
I have been with Budget since 2014 and the customer service within the office has declined tremendously! Rather than strive to satisfy customers, the office staff has taken more of a position of "I'm right and your're wrong", which is not good customer service. I am now looking for a new pest company, after continuous rudeness from office staff.
