The room was clean and smell good there was no roaches no bedbugs none of that the neighbors are nice it’s quiet
This place is a rip off,funiture is broken frigerator dirty and dented up and they have the ignorance to say its a deluxe room .their on file at the better business Bureau and a word of advice keep all your receipts!!!!!! (Don't care nothing about u as a tenant just getting your money...........

Quality apartments at affordable rate needed a temporary place to stay while waiting on my house to close. Found Budget Suites on Tropicana and decided to take a look. My experience from beginning to end was fabulous. The front desk staff welcomed us right away. The front desk clerk Kelly is full of energy and took us to tour the property. I was impressed by the landscaping and even more impressed when we entered the aparmtment. There is not enough Febreze in the world to get the nasty cigarette odor out of the room. People, if you must smoke have some respect and take it outside.
