Not bad, but not good either. It's like when you went to your friend's house as a kid, except it wasn't quite a house, it was a trailer in the slightly sketchy part of town that smells like covered up cigarette smoke. By the way for monthly rates you will not pay the advertised $1335 until the next month. Initially its like $1600-$1700. I though it was called BUDGET suites. 5.0 out of 5 stars — A wonderful, peaceful place to call home! I could not be happier with my decision to move here! The apartments are newly remodeled, beautifully updated, and very nice overall. On top of that, the community is incredibly peaceful and quiet. I absolutely love living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
