good prices, bad environment The rooms are ok if u don't mind getting your feet dirty from lack of shampooing between guests, being harrassed everytime u go outside for a cig, seeing pitbulls everywhere u go, and listening to drug dealers and prostitutes arguing all hours of the day and night. Grandma C was the only good thing in that place. I shouldn't have to worry about who is watching me through my window, yet there was a girl there that knew my schedule purely from watching me and my habits. Not cool. Rent at your own discretion Be very careful with this place. The price is good and so are the rooms. That's where it stops. Children running amuck, homeless wandering around, and people walking their pitbulls. That's the not so bad stuff. Rampant drug use and dealing (found paraphernilia on the grounds) and "escorts" living on property. Management is alright, but very schizophrenic. I would not call the place dangerous. It was great!!! I needed a apartment for only a week and Budget Suites of America came through for me. The other places I attempted with wanted a 6 month lease. People and grounds were great!!!!

Great service and very quiet!!!!! My family and I stayed there a few days ago for about two months. It was our home away from home. The service of everyone there was awesome. The grounds were very clean and kept up. The rooms were just what we were looking for, clean, simple and very well priced. I will definitely stay there again.
