I’m literally sitting outside the budget suites as I’m typing and I see not one, not two, but THREE WHOLE RATS in front of my car. If that’s not evident of the conditions here idk what is.
They started charging for internet and it is the worst. I keep paying for vouchers and it doesn't work at all.
3.5 years ago My wife and I moved into Budget Suites in The Colony tx for what we thought was going to be 1 month. It turned out to be more than 3 years. The first year and a half or so were ok under a manager that listened and genuinely seemed to care for his occupants. I lived on the 3rd floor of a building in a corner unit, and late at night people would hang out down there talking on their phones. Often as lookouts for Police.
