Dog crap, drug dealers, drug addicts, prostitutes, shootings, trash and cigarette butts everywhere, unsupervised juveniles running around, damaging cars, loud rap music blaring constantly, no security, only 'courtesy patrol', 'officer' FRANK stalking and harassing guests instead of addressing safety issues, nowhere to park due to all the stolen and abandoned vehicles everywhere, new 'managers' every few months, laundry room rarely opened on time, machines are all old and don't work, air conditioners full of mold, mold inside... read more

I would give this dump minus 5 if possible. I lived there for a couple years recently until I saved enough to leave. Cockroaches, ants, bugs, bedbugs galore.Response from mgmt was-this is Tx- we have bugs.Had major roof leak for months in my unit- reported it and the recurrent mold growing on ceiling and walls-nothing done.Came home one day to find my celiling had literally fallen due to water buildup. Fixed within a few days but I cleaned their mess-including scrubbing dried paint off the floors and carpets.wasnt long befor... read more
