 RecommendedThe staff has always been very polite. I've never had any trouble there the apartments are very clean the security is really great. I would recommend to anyone needing a temporary place to live while in transition or if you just need a permanent place to live, this is a great place.Â

 Recommendedwe have been here 2 months at present and at present are actually happy for a change. Management is on point, and repairs and maintenance are done with in 24 hours of putting in the work order. Internet is fast and works perfectly. my only complaint is the night time security officers, we smoke outside so we dont make our unit smell badly of cigarette smoke and they are constantly harassing us and trying to give us "warnings" for being outside after 11pm . Staff is rude and short with everyone not just the bad or rude guest. The pool is a crap shoot as to wether its gonna be open or not even when they say it will or "should be" and from the few locations I have stayed at moving around they seem to allow certain guest more privlages than others. also recently they have taken away the free WiFi for guest and turned it to a WEEKLY pass code with rare reimbursement when their service is malfunctioning. We did all the things we were supposed to do to get our deposit back. Front office has a sign AND paperwork saying you get a refund check in 2-4 weeks. 8 weeks later we called and were told it takes 8-10 weeks. THREE MONTHS LATER we go back to the office and were told someone didn’t do their job and they’d expedite for it to be here in 2 weeks. It’s been FOUR MONTHS and we still do not have our deposit back!!! 😡Â
This place needs more security. I stayed there while working as a traveling caregiver, my door was kicked in and things stolen. Too much crime going on at Budget Suites.Â
Expensive, internet costs to much.... 8 dollars per device for 7 days. Here's an example - family of 4, each have mobiles, 32 dollars. One computer, one tablet, one game console, smart tv. Another 32. So 64 dollars, every 7 days. 256 dollars a month for 1mbps internet. Don't stay here.Â
