Horrible customer service! Very rude staff and management. Rules only appy for certain guest. Not pleased at all. Everyone in the office should be fired IMMEDIATELY.Â
The room are fifty and they have roaches.the staff does there job but the manager Cindy is is as fonnie as they come she's really not helpful at all. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY I SUGGEST YOU STAY THERE!!!! A lot of Homeless around the property and a lot of the Residents that live there are on drugs .Â
This property would not run without patty Miller the manager of South Cove apartments she goes out of her way to help others in any way she possibly can. Obie is the only security guard at this complex that keeps the rift raft out of this place. Ive lived her going on three years and love it... But one thing I can say is that this place would fall apart without patty Miller and Obie Brodie!!!!!Â
MOST TERRIBLE PLACE!! Rooms and furnishings are infested with Bed bugs and scabies!! Management would not do anything about this. The ac/heat were not working (well kinda but it had water pouring out of it, the bathroom had busted pipes. There are shootings, stabbings, rapes and police there at all hours day and night for some type of crime being committed. Drugs and prostitution central!!
