Stayed for one week in March. Although we had a confirmation of our reservation, when we arrived for check in we were advised we did not. This turned out to be their error and totally inconvernience us. On check out I was told I would get a $10.00 credit for keys but instead was charged again on my Visa. Called to complain, advised they would look into that as well. Paid for linen service but again had to go to office as it did not happen.
