Rental experience was very smooth and done all over the phone
Had a unit here from 2020-2025. At least once a year unit rent increases by minimum of $10. My starting rent was $110 by my last month there I was paying $160+ per month. If you ever are late and receive a red lock on your unit you have to call and wait up to days for it to be removed by someone. In 2024 the company removed all rodent traps from this location.
