I used them for two months and had a great experience…. My stuff was safe! Trust in them!
Very kind and courteous customer service and it was a very quick and painless experience getting into a unit. I made one phone call and within a few minutes they had me all set and ready to move in. I would say the entire process took maybe 10 minutes at the most. They also do a Veterans discount which is great always nice to save a few bucks for those who have served. My family was a customer of Budget Storage & Lock Self Storage for many years… I am so happy to say that I am finally no longer supporting this business. Let me start by saying that if you are looking for a local storage, I’m going to assume that you would like a storage unit in which you can actually access… that was only the case IF the gate was functioning and IF the office gave us the maintenance code.
