After immediately terminating a contract from a filthy competitor, that I would not even store yard waste in, I found Budget Store and Lock. Read of great reviews, clean lockers with great security. What I was blown away by was the incredible customer service from Harriet. She had an answer for all of my questions. Sweet and as friendly as can be and runs the place as if it was her own, and it shows. So thankful I won’t be dealing with a different person every time A++++!

It was a little hard at 1st trying to get started, but once that my questions and their finally meshed together we got through it. Making the payments through the u-haul app is horrible! That part I don't recommend. However when those issues happened, the office took my payments without any push back. When it came time to vacate it was pretty straightforward, clean out my stuff, took a leaf blower and cleaned out any debris. Bingo-Bango. I've had a unit here for 5+ years. Never had an issue accessing the facility. Harriet has been at the front office for that time and has always been friendly, helpful and full of tips.
A fantastic place to store you stuff. Harriet is great and wonderful with helping answer any questions I have. They have always been on top of everything and I couldn't be happier
