So far, so good, I haven't moved anything into the unit yet My thanks to the manager I brought the wrong purse , do I didn't have my driver's license with me. The manger was kind enough to allow me to set up the paperwork for the unit anyway .She trusted me to send her a copy of my license when I returned home. This saved me a BIG PROBLEM. Otherwise I would have had to run home for my license and the office would have been closed by the time I got back. Probably the best storage facility in the Lehigh Valley! Very friendly and accommodating. For business use, they make FedEx and UPS deliveries very easy. Extremely impressed, I would recommend to everyone! Thank you so much for the great service!
I have had a unit at this location for many years now. I have always had good experiences there in that whole time and I would especially like to recognize Sharon who helped me get the unit in the first place and has always been there for anything I needed. She helps me with my payment every month, does it over the phone which makes it nice and easy for me and i really appreciate the convenience. Five stars for her and I am very happy with my experience here.
3rd time renting from this company, 2nd location. Always friendly staff, access is great and units are as expected.
