I still haven't made up my mind yet on what to say, I can't say anything 100% + , but can't say anything 100% -. Just need a little bit more time, am thinking by the first of next month.
My stuff was in storage just 2 weeks and was infested with mice! Several items were ruined. When I swept out my unit it was covered in mouse poop. What a disappointment. I doubt I will get my deposit back but, I do have a picture of my swept out unit for proof of how clean it was when I left and sent email that I was done renting from them.
The person running the place is never in the office and doesn't answer phone calls nor the emergency #....this place needs better management!
