Absolutely terrible customer service charged me 7 times for 1 bill and has failed for 3 days to make it right it's going to be another 4 days before I can speak to someone to attempt to receive a refund this is absolutely nonsense very unhappy. They are claiming it was a system update but my bank stated they came at separate times that it appears they just kept running my card very disappointed in this company. At least fix it the first 3 days I've called.
Tried to get in the gate, it says access suspended. My bill isnt due til May, I pay by the year. 2 weeks ago i offered to go ahead and pay my next 1 year bill and i was told it wasnt due til May. When I was finally able to get someone to answer the emergency phone number the man told me they were closed for the Eadter weekend. I hope he enjoys his time with his family while I get to sit home and do nothing. No fishing for me this weekend.
