They said the tank was to deep for them to dig and left. My son dug the tank and it was 32" deep. He called them back and they came out to pump. my son raised the lid with his crane. They pumped the tank . My son replaced the lid. This company refused to cover the tank and left. so, if you just need them to put a hose in your tank , pump and leave then they may be fine.
Called to have my septic tank pumped. Was told they would call tomorrow to let us know what time they would be available. I waited till 3 pm and no call. They claimed that they called but did not. Will find someone else who wants to earn my business.
