Sweetest people you'll ever meet. I had my stuff there for years and never had any issues. They even called me once to tell me my son had put the lock on wrong and he wanted to make sure my stuff stayed safe. For cost and peace of mind I would absolutely recommend l

Hands down the best storage facility in the Grand Junction area. Rates are pro-rated, belongings stayed secure, and there were no issues with pests. Renting a unit is an easy process with the friendly owners. Highly recommended!

Start off feeling like are very understanding….then they hide hidden details about their services and rip your entire deposit which they say will return to you if well swept out and cleaned upon leaving. I will not recommend to family or friends. They decided randomly not to give a warning and placed a double lock on both our units we had…..and then their reasoning was very bias and judgmental.

I had 2 storage units here for 2 years. They are clean units with no mice! I would've stayed with them longer, but I wanted a larger unit without having separate ones. I have had nothing short of a great experience. I'd highly recommend this storage facility over others. The Husband and wife that run it have always been very kind and always answer the phone.
