Best sole owner Dan!! Very very clean units. Small tidy and just a pleasure to rent from him. He takes care of his property 110%. If units become available highly recommend going and renting there!!!!

I was renting from Budget self storage for nearly 3 years. Stored much of my mom's belongings til I could figure out the next step moving forward. Prices were right after checking around. And they keep a very clean extremely well ran and safe environment I had absolutely no worries. The owner is very Hands-On with his business and one of the nicest people I've ever rented space from. Highly recommend.
