Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. In the process of getting my pipe cleared, they splashed gunk all in my basement. I wish they would have told me to remove the items in that area before that happened. We have splashes on walls and on very expensive golf equipment and clothing. Very disappointed on how they handled the matter. Never using them again!

I recently needed service from Budget Rooter Plumbing Services because I discovered a leak in my sewer line. I wanted experienced professionals to evaluate the situation and recommend the best solution. I called the evening before, around 5:30 PM, and the gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and professional. He scheduled a technician to arrive the following morning between 9:00 and 11:00 AM. We have been very happy with the help and service we always get from Budget Rooter, and today was no exception. Dennis Adams replaced our basement toilet, and installed a new, much more efficient one for us. He was great to work with...he communicated all that he was doing, and showed us all we needed to know...and he left the bathroom spotless! I highly appreciate and recommend his help!
