Cannot recommend enough. John has been to our house on multiple times to deal with various issues. He has been super helpful when it came to to solving problems. Him and Matt answered all of my questions, and even helped walk me through some issues that I was trying to do myself. They are punctual, kind, and honest.
Do not recommend! Budget Rooter came out to check my sewer line for possible clog/damage. Guys that came out "scoped" the drain but stated they could only get 8' in before hitting water and said there was nothing more they could do. Paid $325 for absolutely no helpful information. Had another company out that scoped the pipe out over 25' and explained that there was a crack and needed to be replaced. Paid nothing for this accurate and helpful information. Budget Rooter came out to fix a service line leak just outside my foundation. From the first call through the end, their customer service and professionalism was second to none. The crew that came to do the repair was friendly and even patient and polite with my 7 year old son, who was amazed by the mini excavator and the foundation work. My water was off for less than 2 hours total. Budget Rooter will be the only place I call for anything else I need!
Mike is an absolute GEM and I would call this company anyday as they are quick, efficient and get the job done.
We called Budget Rooter today because our main drain line was backing up, due to a baseball (yes a baseball) that our kids dropped in a floor drain. I had spent many hours last weekend trying to clear it myself and was unable to. I called Budget at 8:15am, by 8:45am Mike from Budget was at my house. Mike was outstanding and had cleared the drain by 10:30am. He even showed me the remnant of the baseball that caught on the drain machine. I would certainly recommend Budget to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.
