I own a 1905 Victorian in Wallingford. The roof has many angles,,,,, as in the House of the Seven Gables.... The roof had had numerous repairs and had never had plywood installed. They tore off several layers, put new plywood everywhere, and replaced some trim pieces that were not part of the bid.
