5-star experience with Budget Roofing. They came out on Thanksgiving to look at my soffit, j-channel, and fascia, then were back the very next morning to get everything fixed. The work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process—I always knew what was happening and why. Really appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism. I’d absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior work.

Joe and his team replaced the roofs on 2 of our houses and the attached garage. They also replaced our shed roof for free. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. His team did a great job and cleaned up everything. He gave several discounts. He did the garage insulation and chimney vents at no cost to us. The crew worked in the evening to get the job done with impending rain the next day. I highly recommend Budget Roofing.
Tenant complaint of water incursion into top floor apartment. My roof is old but I couldn't swing the cost of a 2 layer tear off at this time. Stevens team went up and determined some repairs and re-flashing could happen. This is probably not gonna be the fix for all roofs but the repairs they did up there look like they will do the trick. I had a roof that needed a good amount of work including missing shingles, ventilation, and a sheath on my chimney. Stephen was great and his workers did a great job on my roof. I will continue to work with them moving forward because they offer an honest price and do not attempt to charge you more than what is needed.
