Unsolicited "visit" to my house. I think the guy knocked on the no solicitor sign on the door. No Village vendor pass. Confusing thing is that I have a brand new roof. Can you explain anee of that? They came out to give me an estimate and told me they would send us a quote and then we never heard back. Called twice, emailed twice and even a lady answered took my info and said she will have them call me back that day, that was June 3rd - I am still waiting. Unprofessional to not follow up or respond back. As business owners, it really is as simple as saying "we cannot take this project on at this time, good luck on your search." Wasted my time.
Joe and his crew were fast and efficient. The new roof looks amazing and we are very happy with the look and quality. Insurance company had some “system issues” and Budget was very helpful to get issues resolved. Would highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
