Called Budget Repair recently for problem with dryer. So happy to know Howard is still serving Newton area with knowledgable, dependable, and reasonably priced appliance repair service.
3 yr old fridge needed repair! Called Howard! NEVER AGAIN, WILL I CALL HOWARD!! First day Howard was here, Tony worked on my fridge. Howard said, We have to come back, it’s the motherboard, I have to order it. But, I won’t charge you for the 2nd trip!! Howard LIED!!. Howard charges me 1/2 of $125.00, for the return trip!! RIP OFF! Not only that, but, Tony broke one of the clips off the light cover, for the light bulb inside my fridge! Tony, being the gentleman he is, Never said a thing about it!
