I have no idea how this management company has bad reviews. Every time I call with an issue, sure enough Steve the maintenance guy shows up within a day to fix the problem. I have lived in many rentals over the years and Budget is the best by far.
Application process was a breeze, the girls in the office were super helpful.
I rent a townhouse in the Springettsbury Township area and this company is the people I pay the rent to my A/C doesn’t work I got central air unit so me and my wife call we have call multiple times and kept explaining to this company that we have two kids that suffer from asthma it get up to 80 degrees with running two fans there’s no reason for me have fans we paying our rent on time every months and we call and the lady keep saying the same thing oh we put a maintenance request in but nothing it being over a month now and ... read more
