I make this review solely due to the great employee named Mounia Spellman who adds a sense of sincerity and care to finding homes for people . She’s the best !
I Never had an issue with this management company, there prompt with repairs workers are respectful and patient 2026 update: once again budget rental came through, snow storm knocked my furnace right out they were on top of the issue they even gave me portable heaters to use while they replaced my furnace. Thanks to my Landlord Mike and Budget rental for efficient and quick repair.
My daughter who is a first time renter at 19 works her butt off and I'm glad she has a rental management company that when she has a problem it is addressed ina timely manner ,the apt clean ,quiet and for a mother it gives me peace she In a apt I don't have to worry about her ,,I recommend Budget rentals ,,,ps this is Asiah mom from E King St,,have a good evening everyone
Worst company ever! Never come to fix on time or anything ! All they want is money ! Sue them if you guys can ! RUN AWAY FROM THEM
