Awful company. I wish i read the reviews before hiring them! I voiced my concerns multiple times about the poor service from the technicians assigned to my pool, but nothing ever changed. They often claimed to have serviced my pool — yet I have cameras showing they never even showed up! Our pool was unusable for most of the summer because they couldn’t get the algae under control. They came when I needed them the most. Ashley in the office is amazing at following up and staying on top of things they work with you to keep your pool at its best. Very reliable. Jay thanks for your patience and diligence!!
Choose a different pool service company. These people are lazy, the pool does not get brushed, white calcium build up is all over my pool, they throw chlorine tablets in my clean out buckets, usually the guys are at the pool for less than 20 minutes. I had a meeting with Ken the owner to meet about the pool, he failed to show up, and then used some lame excuse about not being able to get into our gate. It’s 2022 and we all have cell phones and no one even tried to call. Terrible service.
I would not let them clean my bathtub. When they first started, they were good. After a year they always had an excuse for not cleaning the pool with a deadhead and quit brushing walls & floor. I have video of non-performance and left me with a pool that was down for 2 weeks and I had to find the issues and contact someone to replace parts. Don’t be fooled by the owners first meeting it gets BAD QUICK.
They are good in the beginning but service falls off quickly. Other than checking the chemicals and occasionally sweeping the pool, not much else gets done. If anything other than the simple task of cleaning your pool is needed - GOOD LUCK getting anyone to respond even after numerous calls and messages.
