He happened to be driving by while Roto-Rotor was working on my yard and they told him some plumbing work was going to be needed. He told me $4,500 and that no other plumber in town would be cheaper. It ended up costing almost $12,000. It took from Jan-June. They completely ruined my fence, the yard is not level at all, they hauled off a bunch of dirt which I asked them to add to the yard and there is a big gas pipe sticking up in the middle of the yard. So No I do not recommend them at all.
Absolutely will not work with you if it’s an expensive fix. Called in another plumber told him what Budget would charge me for replacing a gas line. He told me he was overcharging me by several hundred dollars. Well never use them. Employees were nice but the management was very very rude.
These individuals took only 5 minutes to determine that my entire kitchen would need to get ripped out to fix a leak from the upstairs bathroom. However, when the second company showed up it only took him 2 minutes to figure that the leak was coming from a valve that was not fully connected. Once the valve was fully connected, which only took another 5 minutes of time, the leak was fixed and my kitchen is completely intact.
