John was not a personable or honest person to work with. He is an pest solutions specialist, but also did construction on my home left without satisfactory resolution, and when questioned for license information I was given a license for another person completely on the receipt. I'm filing a HIC complaint against John he used a different persons name and license onnthe recepit which seems fraudulent. So I had to track down his details on my own. John was terrific. He was very helpful and informative. John was very friendly and reassured us he would come back if we had anymore problems. I would highly recommend him and his services to anyone. He gave me my home back!
John did a fantastic job getting rid of the bees I had coming into my basement. He is very polite, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. I would highly recommend him and if I have any problems in the future I will definitely call him. We are lucky to have such a qualified person in our area.
I called Budget Pest Solutions this summer when I discovered that I had termites. John came out quickly and we set up an appointment for his extermination service. This fall John also did restoration in my basement replacing the wood that was destroyed by the termites.
