He checked everywhere and never pressured me into getting a treatment when he couldn’t find any bugs. I even told him I saw what looked like cockroaches but he said his wife mistakes other beetles for cockroaches all the time. He wasn’t finding traces of them so he didn’t think they were roaches, but I should take a picture and send it to them and they could tell me what it was. Thorough but no pressure!
This company has been great each time we’ve had them out. The techs are beyond helpful and knowledgeable. They are so friendly but also professional. They are a joy to have at the house, actually. We’ve had them treat for multiple scenarios indoor and outdoor, and their work is effective!
