My son bought two pair of eyeglasses. The nose guards kept falling off. Then when I asked him how the glasses were working out, he said one pair kept turning his face green. When he took them in for replacement, they wanted to charge him for a new pair. Buyer beware when shopping for product and service at Budget Optical Baytown.
I used to work for this Dr. and I am probably the "assistant" he yelled at. He is very very rude, does not consider anyone and does not show up for work to see his patients. He always makes mistakes when writing down people prescriptions and we always had people come back to either get their money back or get a different prescription. The eye exams are cheap BUT you end up paying more because you have to go to another Dr. to get a correct eye exam. I can give a few examples of what he would do when I worked there. I went to my SCHEDULED exam, was kept waiting over an hour past my scheduled time, then the doctore left the office with out even glancing at all of his patients. When his assistant tried to let him know he had just a few more to see he yelled at her and said he was running late. I had to reschedule, I shouldn't have but the exam is so cheap I knew I wouldn't find a better deal.
