Worst experience ever! Moving from CA to Prescott AZ, had our unit paid for as we’d be arriving Aug 13. Aug 12, we get an email ‘concrete will be poured between now and September 30, and it may effect the row your unit is in.’ Oh boy did it. We’ve closed escrow and have to wait over a week to get to our unit. Maybe more. Movers can’t get to our unit. Ask before paying, if they’ll be doing any construction, as you may want to go elsewhere.
