I cannot recommend this place enough! Over the many decades I’ve been coming to Budget Lube, for oil changes and inspections on several vehicles, the service and professionalism has always been top notch. When they are very busy, you might wait thirty to forty five minutes to reach the bay—otherwise, the service time is usually under 10 minutes and very convenient! Another aspect I appreciate, and can always count on, is the team to be friendly, respectful and honest.
Very disappointing experience. I came for an oil change and inspection and waited 15 minutes before anyone asked what service I needed. By then, the oil-change line had gotten much longer, and no one offered to accommodate me even though I had been directed incorrectly. This business and the employees are phenomenal! I’ve been going here for 15 years and they always provide great and honest work. I’ve even moved across town several times and will still make the drive to get my oil changed here every time! Shout out Budget Lube and JB!!
The pros: price, typically have been fast The cons: they don’t answer the phone and they don’t post updates to hours online. I’ve shown up at 2pm to find out the state inspector has left for the day already. For me this cancels out the pros so I won’t be back.
SUPER-FAST, FIVE STAR SERVICE + SWEET DOGOS WHILE YOU WAIT! I went in on a Tuesday morning for a State Inspection, and they got me in and out of there in about 30 minutes. Also, they had a couple sweet dogos in there to pet while you wait. I'll definitely be back!
