Very disappointed with quality and service of customer care. Wife just purchased used Pacifica and they are unwilling to even sell the vehicle in a safe condition for the roadway, nor are they willing to even put new brakes on the vehicle to make it safe to drive. Spoke to salesman who claimed to be the manager, and was greeted with terrible attitude and incompetence. Highly recommend shopping somewhere else.
Great Lakes Ford used cars is a great place to shop for cars. If they don't have what your looking for they will find it. Truly dedicated to you as a shopper
Had nothing but car issues from this place way to pricey first month had car head gasket said stuff was replaced with was not willing never buy again from here
