Do not use this service. They do not show up. I can not imagine waiting for snow removal form these people, what a nightmare that would be. So not worth the risk. When I called to complain they said they did come and I know for a fact they did not because they day they said they came I was at home all day. The work when they showed was just ok. They would show up on random days of the week say it is because of weather but it always resulted in only getting your lawn mowed 3 weeks a month in most cases. Here is an example: co... read more

Snow - great service! – I have been with Budget for the last 5 years. Their service has been more than satisfactory, it's been great. Lake year when the blizzard hit they were at my house before any of the neighbor's services. They even came back a second time to remove the little snow that had fallen since the initial visit. Two of my neighbors even signed up with them this year. Their staff is professional and courteous. They return phone calls. I am very happy with the service and will continue to contract with them.

Zero Stars... – ...for phone calls unreturned, no customer service, a "spring cleanup" that amounted to trenching around my landscaping and leaving huge clumps of dirt everywhere. No fix, no response at all and overpriced...not "budget" at all. My other lawn service was amazing AND cheaper. Stay far, far away from "Budget". And by the way, their mailing address is the UPS office.

return to a beautiful home – I am a senior in Arlington Hts. that dose not like to spend money and my front yard looked like it. Finally I decided to to treat my self. I called budget and they came out to look they gave me a few options from fixing up what I had to starting over. If you saw my yard you probably would have told me just move. So needless to say I sad lats redo the hole front yard. he had his men come out and the did a great job replacing my bushes and my old grass with sod. I think my nabbers like it even more... read more
