We had them come out to replace our water heater. They were able to come out sooner than any other company and their price was cheaper than others. This should have been a sign for me! The employees were very friendly and finished the work on time. However, the work they did was very poor quality. They made holes in our wall and patched them terribly! Started and walked off the job after "personal issues." They never bothered to call or come back and we had to hire another company to finish the job that they have started. The license to company that we hired said that they have never seen such shoddy work done and they had to pull out a lot of the things that Budget King had done and start over again to the tune of thousands of dollars.
