They charged my card for a deposit of 100 dollars because 1 towel was dirty and wouldn't come clean. Towels don't cost 100 dollars. They are scammers. There is no reason to charge someone 100 dollars for a dirty towel. The room was fantastic until they ripped me off. I placed a reservation through priceline for the 1st time and won't be using this site ever again. When placing the reservation I selected date and then number of people etc, somehow through all the widows the dates reverted to the current date. After reviewing my email confirmation and realizing the date was changed, i called priceline who referred me to the hotel and told to call them directly, which i did, and was told they couldnt help me because it was booked through priceline, and referred me back to priceline. Rooms were very basic which is fine the the price compared to other options in the area. Only really frustrating thing was they say no smoking but people would be standing outside their rooms smoking which would blow in the room through the AC and stick it up.
