booked a room online got one that was completely different then what was discribed. broken front window, ac/ heat did not work well at all, shower was cold all the time,had none of the amenities listed, booked and paid for 5 nights and they cheated us out of the 5th night cause we were late checking in, and finally charged my girlfriend for her service animal even though illegal to then told us they weren't supposed to but nothing they can do about it now. RecommendedThe woman who helped us with getting one of her rooms here was amazing after searching for 4 hours for a room. She also helped us get a good rate along with helping with cheap and convenient dinner suggestions. Great southern pride. Would recommend anytime.
My sister had a stroke and my other sister and I drove over 3 1/2 hours and on the way down we were told they don’t “hold” rooms but was kind enough due to our family emergency. Upon string after 10:30 at night they wouldn’t accept my husbands credit card because he wasn’t with us I asked for my drivers license and credit card back more than three time.
