well i thought that the rooms were worth the price compared to every other hotel in durango it was not the ritz but for a 20 years plus hotel and new owners thought it was looking better than what it was in the past .... worth the money
I rented two rooms; the TV in one room didn't work, and when we asked for extra towels for the other room, we were practically treated like a criminal--asked what room they were for, how many people in that room, and only given ONE towel when we told them there were two people in the room. Almost as if they were worried about us stealing their precious towels. Also several times during the night there sounded like there was a party going on out in the parking lot: loud music, yelling, etc. not the greatest of neighborhoods. ... read more
