The room is not was the pictures show. There were stains on the walls, floor, and ceiling, cigarette burns on the sheets, loose and cracked tiles in the bathroom, only one light worked in the bathroom. The place was a dump. We didnt think we could get our money back since we booked on-line, so we stayed. We tried to complain the next morning, but at 9:30 am, the office was still not open. We felt like we needed a bath after staying there.
On-line pictures show snow-covered parking lot. Visited motel in July. Surface of parking lot is extremely poor. We had total of 5 rooms. Not all were clean. Desk clerk had very poor communication skills. Tried to confirm reservation by telephone before we left home. Was told there was no record so a second reservation was made. First reservation finally located, second room cancelled. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Entire experience was not pleasant.
this place is absolutely filthy , the carpets are completely soiled , the bathroom tile is caked with dirt , the vanity water you could not shut off , the shower tub combo would fill up with water as the drain does not work . Air condition was discharging globs of dirt and dust !the owners you could not understand as they did not speak clear enough englishthis room was also booked online and we were afraid we could not get our money back !the dept. We had booked on the internet and will probably never book that way again.Before we left on vacation, we called to make sure of reservation. The man who answered was very rude in the English he could speak. He kept saying, "you want to cancell, you cant do it here"When we got to Berlin, we couldnt find the motel. When I called the desk, I was asked if I was in Berlin...when I said yes....I was told to "look around". The man was so rude, we decided not to stay at the motel. The hotel was very run down. Their was no hot water and the tiles on the floor were all of very dangerous. The service was very poor. They couldnt speak english at all. They had no ice machines and dirty towel and linen. I would not recomend this place to anyone. It should be closed down or alot of repaires need to be done.
