I do not like leaving reviews but I feel compelled to because I stayed there for one night and told the lady up front that I had a service animal with me and they did not mark it on my sheet that I had one so they charged me extra for it. I called to let them know that I did have documentation and the man on the phone was argumentative, rude, he was unwilling to accept my document of the service animal insisting that I must have been lying or something because they would have put it in that there was a service animal. Great place to stay in Denton! Staff and Management are amazing! Rooms are clean and fresh! Also…. Henry, one of the managers…. he’s cute!
The rooms are poorly maintained, with an unpleasant odor throughout. The property lacks proper room service, and customer treatment is unprofessional—guests are made to feel unwelcome. Management is especially concerning; the bald manager and his spouse attempt to withhold or mishandle deposits, which feels dishonest. Overall, this place is unsafe and unreliable. Strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs.
The location is convenient off the highway and that’s the only good thing I can say about it. Room was filthy, HOT and uncomfortable. AC never cooled the room off, water in the shower was only lukewarm. King size bed with only these throw pillow sized pillows (when I asked for more pillows the man at the desk gave me an attitude and said we had to wait til housekeeping was around and then we could get some. Hasn’t happened yet). They advertise complimentary continental breakfast and a pool….pool is drained and zero breakfast... read more
