So me and my wife were in the room and felt like we were getting bit so we searched and found bed bugs, crickets, dead lizards, and ants. We asked for refund and they said that due to us being there and used the facilities they aren’t sure if that would be possible and that there would always be bugs and stuff do to it being a open concept where the room is 4 feet away from grass. Very friendly staff, no frills but clean and convenient. Great overnight stay to catch local live music.

Shabby, run down. Coffee maker's pot handle broke and spilled hot coffee. Rust. Missing iron. Phone dead. Front desk had too reset wifi. NOT a 3-star motel.

For $385/week this place is great. They take a $50 deposit but it's easy to get back. The room is clean. I've been here for 3 weeks and have only seen one roach. It's quiet and peaceful. Great location. Although it's right by the highway I don't notice the noise because my room is in the courtyard area. The staff are very nice. It's good for what you pay.
